Plans & credits
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of export credits. A credit is consumed when you render/export a video. Unused credits may expire at the end of a billing period unless stated otherwise.
Digital delivery & consent
Castalume provides digital services supplied and consumed immediately. At checkout you agree that performance begins right away and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any “cooling-off”/withdrawal right once a service is used.
Refunds
Because credits are consumed as digital goods, used credits and delivered services are non-refundable. Subscription fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a charge was clearly made in error or the service was not delivered.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged in error or twice, contact us and we'll correct it promptly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
