Videos made with Castalume are generated using artificial intelligence, including synthetic or consented presenters and AI voices. They are not recordings of real events unless you supply real footage.
Human oversight & control
Castalume is human-in-the-loop, not autonomous. You direct every generation, and you review and approve the output before exporting it. Nothing is published automatically — you, or someone you authorise, choose when and where to publish. Castalume does not autonomously launch campaigns or post to social or advertising platforms on your behalf. You remain the decision-maker and are responsible for reviewing and clearing each ad before it runs.
Your labelling duties
Some countries and platforms (e.g. the EU AI Act, and TikTok/Meta/YouTube policies) require you to disclose AI-generated or synthetic media. You are responsible for adding any required disclosure when you publish. Castalume can add an AI-content label on request.
Likeness & consent
Presenters are either licensed synthetic avatars or created from a consenting person. We keep consent records for custom avatars.
