Can I use my own face or staff?+
Yes — the 'bring your own presenter' flow lets you use your own face or a colleague's, with a required consent step. We never animate faces you don't have rights to.
What does it cost?+
Plans start at $10.99/mo, up to Agency. A credit is one final export; drafts and previews are always free. Save 20% with annual billing.
How do credits work?+
1 credit = 1 finished export. Previewing and drafting cost nothing — you only spend a credit when you export/save a finished ad. Credits refresh each billing period.
Can I make a whole campaign at once?+
Yes. Switch to 'Full campaign' and one brief produces the video, ad images, a radio spot, a matching landing page and an email — all on-brand. Prefer just one ad? 'Single ad' mode does exactly that.
Can I make more than video?+
Yes — video ads, static ad images/posters, radio & voice ads, landing pages and email campaigns, all from one brief. You can also save a brand kit and plan a content calendar of ads.
Is the content AI-generated — do I have to disclose that?+
Yes, it's AI-generated. Some platforms and regions require you to label AI media; Castalume can add a disclosure. See our AI Disclosure policy.
Can my agency white-label it?+
Yes. On the Agency plan you can put your own name on landing pages and hide the Castalume badge.
Can I cancel anytime?+
