What is Castalume AI?+
Castalume AI turns one short brief into a whole ad campaign — a video with an AI presenter, ad images, a radio/voice spot, a matching landing page and an email — on-brand and in 30+ languages. No agency, no film crew, no talent fees.
Who is it for?+
Small and medium businesses, e-commerce stores, freelance marketers, creators and agencies — anyone who needs professional ad content quickly and affordably.
Do I need a film crew, actors or editing skills?+
No. Castalume AI writes the script, casts an AI presenter (or your own consented face), records the voiceover and edits the video — automatically.
What can I create?+
Video ads, static ad images and posters, radio & voice spots, landing pages and email campaigns — all from one brief. You can also save a brand kit and plan a content calendar of ads.
Can I make a whole campaign from one brief?+
Yes. Switch to 'Full campaign' and one brief produces the video, ad images, a radio spot, a landing page and an email — all on-brand. Prefer just one ad? 'Single ad' mode does exactly that.
Can I paste a product link to fill the brief automatically?+
Yes — paste a product or website URL in the studio's 'Import from a link' box and Castalume AI reads the page (title, description, image, price) and pre-fills your brief. Then tweak and generate.
Can I make full widescreen video, not just phone/vertical?+
Yes. In the Format picker choose Vertical 9:16 (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), Square 1:1 (feed posts), or Landscape 16:9 (full widescreen — YouTube, TV, web). One click can render all three.
Can I use my own face or staff as the presenter?+
Yes — the 'bring your own presenter' flow lets you use your own face or a colleague's, with a required consent step. We never animate faces you don't have rights to.
How many presenters are there?+
20 diverse stock presenters — from polished spokespeople to everyday UGC-style creators — plus your own with consent. Each can speak in 30+ languages.
What languages does it support?+
30+ languages. Generate directly in a language, or one-click localize a finished ad into other markets.
What does it cost?+
Free to start. Paid plans are Starter $19/mo, Creator $39/mo, Studio $99/mo and Agency $249/mo. You can switch to annual billing to save about 20%.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan gives you drafts and watermarked previews so you can try everything before paying. You upgrade only when you want to export finished, watermark-free ads.
How do credits work?+
1 credit = 1 finished HD export. Drafting and previewing cost nothing — you only spend a credit when you export a finished ad. Credits refresh at the start of each billing period; extra credits are available on paid plans.
How do I pay?+
Securely by card through Polar, our payment provider (merchant of record), which also handles global sales tax/VAT. You'll get an email receipt and a customer portal to manage your plan.
Can I cancel anytime? Are there refunds?+
Cancel anytime from your dashboard or billing page — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Because credits are consumed as digital goods, used credits are non-refundable. See the Refund & Billing Policy.
Do I own the ads I make? Can I use them commercially?+
Yes. Subject to payment and our Terms, you own the finished ads you export and can use them commercially, on any platform, worldwide. Some building blocks (stock music, licensed presenter avatars) stay licensed, not sold. See Content Rights & Licensing.
It's AI-generated — do I have to disclose that?+
Yes, the content is AI-generated. Some platforms and regions (e.g. the EU AI Act, TikTok/Meta/YouTube) require you to label AI or synthetic media; Castalume AI can add a disclosure. You're responsible for adding any required label when you publish. See our AI Disclosure.
Is my data private and secure?+
We store your account, the ads you create, and consent records — nothing else. Passwords are hashed, sessions are secured, and you can export or delete your data anytime from Settings (GDPR/CCPA). See the Privacy Policy.
Can my agency manage multiple clients?+
Yes. Higher plans include multiple brand profiles (client workspaces), shareable client review/approval links, team seats, and white-label — put your agency's name on deliverables and hide the Castalume badge.
Can I schedule and publish to social media?+
You can plan and schedule campaigns, and export or download every asset to post yourself. Direct auto-publishing to TikTok/Meta/YouTube requires platform approvals and is rolling out — until then, scheduling saves your plan and you publish the exported files.
Can I request a feature?+
